Unit Manager Needed for Consulting Assignment

We are currently looking for a Unit Manager for a consulting assignment.

• Duration: 2026-08-31, possibly longer

You will be employed by Poolia but will work at our client's location in Botkyrka. The work will primarily be on-site, with possible remote work by agreement with your immediate supervisor.

About the Position

Interim Unit Manager with a focus on preventive and promotional initiatives as well as projects. The operations include the municipal activity responsibility, summer internships, and projects funded by the municipality and external donors aimed at, among others, young people with criminal records and young adults far from work or studies.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include the usual for personnel, work environment, budget, and operations. Focus on work environment and management (economics and administration), follow-up, and quality.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the assignment, you need to meet the following criteria:

• You have documented specialist competence in the HR field, with a particular focus on personnel issues and labor law in municipal operations. The competence should be applied within the labor market area and issues related to employer responsibility, regulations, and legal security in complex cases.
• Practical experience working with target groups that are far from work or studies is also required. Experience working with young people with complex issues, such as those with criminal records, and working within or in close collaboration with the Prison and Probation Service is an advantage.
• In addition, you have experience with the usual managerial responsibilities for work environment, budget, and operations.
• You should be able to work independently and provide qualified support without the need for extensive introduction. Good local knowledge is therefore relevant for the assignment based on needs.
• Experience regarding reorganization or transition work where a holistic view and several parallel processes have been running is requested.
